Volunteer.sx – Connecting Communities (Partnership Project)
Volunteer.sx is St. Maarten’s main platform for connecting volunteers with organizations that need assistance. This site makes it simple for volunteers who want to make a positive impact in their community and for organisations to showcase the volunteer opportunities available to a willing volunteer.
Since its launch in December 2021, Volunteer.sx has strengthened community engagement and supported local NPOs by streamlining access to volunteer opportunities.
The platform helps individuals contribute to meaningful projects, while also helping organizations find the assistance they need. It remains an essential tool in promoting volunteerism and fostering community spirit. Volunteer.sx was created in partnership with St. Maarten Development Fund (SMDF).
